Who is Tae Draws?

Hey there! My name is Tae Callas, and I'm a freelance artist, animator, voice actor, singer, songwriter, editor, mixer, writer, and more.I have a wide range of creative talents and I'm on a mission to make a mark in the world of indie animation. I also want to help other small creators bring their visions to life.I graduated from high school and have over 10 years of self-taught experience in various creative fields. I've always had a passion for creating, and I'm driven and hardworking. I'm ready to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals and make them a reality.

GENERAL-I reserve the right to decline to do a commission without explaining the reasons.-If harassment or mistreatment is shown throughout the process I reserve the right to cancel the commission with a partial refund.-I do NOT draw heavy NSFW (suggestive is acceptable), full nudity, incest, p*dophillia, fetishs, heavy gore (light is acceptable), or political & or propoganda works. All commissions containing such requests will be politely declined.- Artistic freedom with poses and general composition is well welcomed but feel free to tell me your ideas for a general theme, mood, pose or color palette.- Can work within deadlines with at least a week or two weeks notice depending on what is being commissioned. (May vary)-If a purchase is made on someone else's behalf, please leave contact info/social media handles for said person. Then I could provide proper credit on the artwork & send them the finished piece.---RIGHTS TO USE- Your commission is for personal use only: you can repost it online with given credits. You can also print it or use it for personal items. You can make changes in the commission as well, but notify me before doing so.- You allow me to use the artwork for self-promotion; upload to social media, portfolio, etc.- The commissioner may not, in any situation, reproduce art to sell commercially without a previous agreement.- I have the right to post your commission on all of my social media.- If you don't want the artwork uploaded by me, then NOTIFY ME during the commission process.- Do NOT use any of my art, animations, voice work (commissioned or not) in AI training/generating.
---PAYMENT INFO- Accepting payments through Paypal & Cashapp- Payment is upfront and commission will not begin until payment is sent.- Slot will be confirmed after payment goes through.- If purchase is large (over $100) a multiple payment system can be discussed amongst the client through contact.---PROCESS- Client will be notified of general time frame for when it will be delivered, alongside sent updates throughout the process. (delivery times may vary)- a WIP sketch will be provided during the process, if the client wants changes to the sketch, TWO revisions will be permitted before a fee will be required (10$+ per change)- I reserve the right to use rejected commission poses & concepts.- If the client wishes to cancel said commission for an element that was not discussed prior or directly after purchase, a refund will not be honored.- You can't ask for big changes after the sketch is accepted. Unless it's my mistake in your character design. Small changes like color of the eyes or other small details are fine to change even after finishing.
If you order a sketch commission you won't get any WIP unless you ask me for it.- Regular delivery time is 1-2 weeks. This time may vary depending on what is asked for and personal life reasons.- Faster delivery can be provided in some cases but will cost an extra fee.---REFUNDS
- No refunds once the payment has been made. (Unless I decide I cannot complete the commission)
This goes for all orders.
- If an order is cancelled without request for refund or a refund is requested after 24 hours. it will not be honored.- I am not responsible to offer refunds on purchases that were made before a sale. If a client wishes for a refund to be made only to repurchase the said item or piece for the discounted price; it will not be honored.

---OTHER- I reserve the right to interpret your character to fit my style, for example, shine textures in the eyes. HOWEVER, I will follow the reference works given with care and respect to the original concepts/designs.
- If there is no contact with you for one month after the sketch was sent, the commission will be cancelled and you'll not receive a refund.- Under no circumstances should my art be traced or sold for profit. (YCH's, Bases)
